Thank you for shopping at Embla Art Design. Since our products are handcrafted and often customized, please read our policy carefully.

1. Custom Orders

Custom-made bullion wire embroidery items are unique to your specifications. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Returns

For non-custom items, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
